Westin Cancellation Policy for Guestroom Reservations is 15 days prior to the guest’s date of arrival. The penalty for not cancelling before this time is a charge of the first night's room and tax charged to the form of payment that the reservation is guaranteed by. No charges will be processed until the completion of the NSFM event. If the cancelled guestrooms can be re-sold to another attendee, the cancellation penalty will be waived. This policy has been put in place to provide maximum guestroom availability to all attendees.

The 2019 Planning Committee has developed an exciting program for you! Bill Carr's Keynote Address Deep Service: A Call to a Higher Level is sure to reignite your fire to serve all Nova Scotians. There are many informative sessions ranging from how immigration is helping communities grow and succeed; an FCM panel on how they can help your municipality; successful partnerships with First Nations; and how elected officials and staff can work together for the betterment of our communities, to name a few.
